As soon as these young shoots are dried, we vacuum pack them so that all the garden fresh flavour is sealed in, ready for you to enjoy!

Preparation and Usage:

For Best Results:
Use freshly drawn water but please don't allow to boil. Green tea is best infused with water that hasn't quite reached boiling (ideally 80º), or add a little cold water to tea pot if preferred. Add one tea bag per person and brew for 2-4 minutes depending on taste. Best enjoyed without milk.
